DONATIONS & COMMUNITY GIVING

Trilogy is proud to support numerous local charities and educational programs. We are committed to our community and we fulfill more than 100 charitable event and donation requests annually. We are small company and unfortunately unable to support all requests received.  Please be advised that if you or your organization received a donation in the past and didn’t have time to provide feedback, or a simple thank you verbally, in writing, or through social media before of after the event, we will be unable to prioritize your request.  With our limited resources and numerous daily requests, we appreciate your inquiry via in email as outlined below.

 

For all donation requests, please email info@trilogyspa.com with “DONATION” in the subject line to be put into our system. We will send an acknowledgment of each request received.  If you do not receive a response, please email us again to make sure we received it.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Name and Location of Group and Event
  • Your contact information
  • Date of event (we require at least 4 weeks notice)
  • Date of donation pickup if approved
  • Have you ever requested a donation previously?  If so, please include brief detail.
  • Please attach supporting documentation including non-profit ID number and charity information.
  • As we aren’t able to grant each request, please note that we prioritize charities that focus on children’s betterment, education and illness.
  • *All requests for consideration must be received in writing at the email above.

You will be notified if your request is approved. Please plan to pick-up your item within 48 hours.
