Parties are for groups of four or more guests wanting to organize an event and reserved seating area at Trilogy Spa.

Q: Do you have to book your group in as a “Party” and pay the $100 Party Fee?
If you have 4 or more guests meeting at the spa for services and don’t require reserved seating in the relaxation areas, food and beverage set-up or storage, party coordination, etc. there is no need to book through our Party Concierge. Simply call the spa and book your appointments as usual.

Q: Can I reserve the outdoor daybeds (Manhattan Beach) or fireside lounge (Squaw) for my guests?
YES, only if you pay the associated party fees to reserve the area.
We recommend that your party arrive at least 45 minutes prior to treatment time so everyone has time to park, get changed, relax and enjoy their spa experience.

Q: Will the spa open/close late for my party?
Please coordinate with our Party Concierge for extended Party times.


Please remind your guests to always lower their voices while at the spa as a courtesy to everyone enjoying their treatments.

In consideration of other spa guests, we apologize that we cannot permit party attendees who are not receiving spa treatments or have not purchased a DayPass ($45).
