Now for the nitty, gritty, not fun details that we’ve had to put into place to make sure the parties and the spa flow is the best it can be for everyone involved…

  • Groups of 6 or more guests require advance party reservations through our Spa Events Coordinator
  • Multiple and longer services available upon request. Spa Day Passes may be optionally purchased in lieu of the (1) hour per guest service requirement at a ratio of (4) paid treatments to (1) day pass, with a maximum of (2) day passes per party.
  • Midweek parties may be available for shorter guest treatment times as scheduling permits. We encourage midweek booking of parties because we can be much more flexible with your party during our off-peak spa hours.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits are taken at the time of booking.
  • We apologize but parties cancelled with less than the time periods listed above will be charged 50% of the total treatment times.
  • In consideration of all spa guests, parties are scheduled for 2.5 hours of total spa time during normal business hours (1 hour services, relaxation on the deck, locker room/changing time, etc.). After-hour parties may be available for an additional fee.
  • Spa Fee required for all parties (includes party coordination, staffing, table, food storage/set-up, reserved daybeds, use of spa fees, party clean-up, etc.). We welcome you to bring your snacks of choice, but cannot permit foods with strong aromas anywhere at Trilogy (i.e. hot food service, onions, garlic, pizza, etc.). In order to guarantee that you receive exactly as you’ve ordered from your choice of restaurant, we apologize that we cannot coordinate food order/pick-up on your behalf but we are happy to refer you to our preferred partnering restaurants Shade Hotel, Petros, Le Pain and Bristol Farms for your event.
