We all need quiet time to recharge. Moments of stillness just for you. We are excited to announce that local fitness & wellness expert Lisa Torres will now be offering summer guided meditation classes featuring yoga nidra, a powerful meditative practice for rest deep relaxation and healing. The best part, these 30-min sessions are proven to equal a few hours of rest!

What to Expect: Guided meditation at Trilogy Spa is done in one of our treatment rooms in a semi-private, candlelit setting.  This session will be performed while lying on your back in stillness as Lisa guides you through a relaxing 30-minute journey to release mental, muscular and emotional tensions leaving guests rejuvenated and refreshed.

What to Know: Please bring a yoga mat and towel, water bottle and timely arrival. We apologize that arrivals after class has commenced cannot be accommodated. 24-hour advanced booking is required to reserve your pre-paid space.

How Do I Book? Weekly sessions will feature an intimate setting of 5 people per 30-minute class, and will include all spa amenities and rooftop deck.  $30 per session and classes can be booked online.
